Lonnie is one of the most trusted and successful Mortgage Loan Officers in the greater Sacramento area. He’s committed to constantly learning and staying on top of changes in the mortgage industry so he can provide relevant, cutting edge advice to his clients.

He’s known for his extensive knowledge and expertise deciphering the often complex financials of self-employed individuals so they can obtain a mortgage. And these skills have built strong relationships with Financial Advisors, Bankers, and CPAs who rely on Lonnie to assist their clients.

Growing up in Granite Bay for 18 years gave Lonnie a deep connection to the region. After graduating from San Diego State University and beginning his career in the mortgage industry, he came back home to Sacramento in 2008.

He's married to the beautiful Natalie Dickson and they’re raising June (13), Jack (10), and Kate (7) in El Dorado Hills. You’re likely to find the Dickson family camping, mountain biking, or knee-deep in kid’s sports.
